The Bradshaw House Museum displays some of the most exquisite Indian artifacts, farm equipment, examples of early medicinal practices, and a fine collection of dolls too. This stately house was constructed between 1906-1908 by Marion Hinton Bradshaw and Ira E. Being the first permanent construction in the city of Hurricane, the house served as the residence of the Bradshaw family. It was also the first school on Hurricane, the popular meeting place on Sunday's, and was used for various public gatherings too. Later on, it served as a hotel and a boarding house for more than 25 years. However later, the Bradshaw house faced demolition, but it was rehabilitated and was made a part of the Hurricane Valley Heritage Park and Pioneer Museum.
